Hey, just wanted to share how it went getting started with their support and communication. Honestly, it wasn’t super easy at first because sometimes the explanations were kinda vague and I had to repeat myself on calls to get what I needed. They were willing to help, just the info wasn’t always clear, maybe because I’m not used to this kind of remote workflow software. On the bright side, once the basics were explained, things moved faster. The phone support calls were okay and got me through payment and setup steps eventually, although it took more back and forth than I hoped. Definitely wasn’t a walk in the park, but some patience and persistence paid off. Probably better for folks who don’t mind a bit of extra effort to understand the system. All in all, I’m glad I stuck with it, just wish the initial help had been a little clearer.
