When I first started using the software, I found parts of the onboarding useful and straightforward, especially setting up the database and accessing the calling tools. However, it took longer than I anticipated to really get going, primarily because I struggled initially with understanding the dialer interface. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt my work, which was a relief, but I would have appreciated more detailed training or quicker responses from telephonic support to clarify my doubts. Support did answer my calls, but the wait times were sometimes frustrating. The invoicing and payments were smooth overall, with no significant issues. The moment it clicked for me was actually after spending extra hours reviewing the training content independently. Until then, I felt somewhat stuck. I realize that this kind of software comes with a learning curve, but a more guided onboarding might have helped me feel productive sooner. While I’m now using the platform comfortably, I can’t ignore the delays and confusion during the initial phase, which impacted my overall impression.
