It started off slow but got better — like I told my friend
When I first tried to get going with WFHI’s payment and billing system, I expected things to be quick and straightforward, but it turned out to be a mixed experience. Initially, signing up and handling the invoicing took longer than I thought it would. The interface was functional, yet a bit clunky in places, which slowed me down. On the plus side, once I was familiar with the process, payments and invoices flowed more smoothly without much hassle. I found the automatic updates feature worked as promised, keeping my data current, which was a relief. However, I still had to call support a couple of times because some payment confirmations weren't showing up promptly in my account dashboard, and waiting for telephonic assistance was a bit tedious. Compared to similar platforms I've used before, this one felt a little rough around the edges during onboarding, but fair enough once the initial hurdles cleared. If I were to describe it to a friend, I’d say it’s a system that tests your patience at first but can work well if you stick with it a bit longer, though a smoother start would be nice.
