It’s roughly what I expected from the new setup

I had used other remote work software before, so I had an idea of what to expect. With WorkFromHomeIndia, a few things felt easier, especially when it came to the dialing tools and the way the database was structured. I liked that the automatic updates didn’t interrupt my workflow, which was a relief compared to previous tools that often forced restarts at inconvenient times. However, the onboarding process wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. It involved a fair amount of repetition and waiting between steps, and at times, I felt stuck waiting for invoices and payment confirmations before I could move ahead. The telephonic support was okay—it helped answer some questions quickly, but it wasn’t consistently clear or fast, and I had a moment where I was talking in circles trying to understand a billing detail. Signing up was straightforward enough, but the invoicing process felt a bit slow. Overall, it’s a mixed bag. The software itself is solid in functionality but the experience around it, like training and support, needs work. I can see the software being efficient once you get past those initial bumps, but those bumps were frustrating. If you’ve been frustrated with similar software before, you might recognize the same positives and negatives I felt. I’d say it’s not a clear win or loss, just somewhere in the middle for now.
