It’s pretty straightforward but I’d call them if stuck
Starting with the onboarding, I found the step-by-step training pretty helpful overall. They guided me through setting up my workflow, connecting the dialer, and using the database feature. The training modules were clear, and the automatic updates felt seamless during the first week of use. I did encounter a small hiccup when the dialer wouldn’t sync correctly with the database at one point. I contacted support via phone, and they helped me get back on track without too much delay. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, and signing up didn’t take long. I expect that next time around, if I hit any similar snags, I won’t hesitate to reach out for help again. Even with mostly smooth sailing, having that backup line of support is reassuring. In everyday use, I was able to manage calls and update client information efficiently using the WFHI software. I liked how the automatic updates didn’t disrupt my work, although I’d appreciate more detailed notifications about what was changed. Overall, I would easily recommend this for anyone used to remote workflows, but keep the customer care number handy just in case.
