it’s not worth it if you expect ongoing ease

I signed up hoping it would be a smooth ride but honestly the setup was mostly front-loaded. There was a lot to configure initially and that one-time work felt endless. After that, I thought it’d be simpler day to day but nope. So much ongoing stuff didn’t feel automatic at all, I had to keep popping back to adjust settings or fix things that stopped working. Sometimes the dialer was glitchy and I had to hang up and restart repeatedly which killed my flow. The database feature seemed nice at first but keeping it updated properly needed constant effort on my side. Support calls helped a bit but they didn’t fix everything permanently. Also, while signing up and paying were fine, I found the invoicing a bit confusing and it took several calls to get clarity. Honestly, just too much time spent fixing or managing rather than actually using the software smoothly. I was expecting a lot of automation and cleaner ongoing experience but what I got was repetitive manual tasks and me chasing updates again and again. So if you want something that mostly runs itself after setup, this probably isn’t it. Frustrating experience and I’m still not fully set up after a week of trying.
