it’s not quite what i imagined, but okay overall
Before starting the training and onboarding sessions I had clear expectations about how smooth and straightforward the process would be. Some aspects did meet that expectation, such as the initial sign-up flow and the general idea of using the software for remote workflows. The first steps were fairly simple. However, once deeper into the training, I realized that some topics weren’t as clearly connected to my actual daily needs as anticipated. There was a mismatch between what I thought I would learn and what was covered, especially regarding the use of calling tools and database management. This caused a bit of frustration since I had hoped to spend less time figuring out the software and more time putting knowledge into action. On the other hand, the automatic updates and some of the telephonic support offered useful backup when I did need guidance. Overall I would say the experience was mixed - it did what I expected at first but didn’t consistently support the next stages as well as I had hoped. Explaining this to friends, I would say it’s passable but with room for more targeted improvement in training material alignment.
