It’s mostly what I thought, but with one hitch on the dialer
Before using the software, I had a good idea of what to expect based on the descriptions and initial demos. Most features matched my expectations quite well, especially the database integration and the automatic update system, which worked reliably throughout the week. The calls through the dialer were generally smooth, with decent audio quality and ease of use. However, there was a small reservation—I found that occasionally the dialer would drop a call unexpectedly. This didn’t happen often but enough times to make me cautious about relying solely on it for all tasks. Aside from that, the onboarding was pretty smooth, and telephonic support was responsive whenever I reached out. The invoicing and payment steps were clear and straightforward, so no surprises there. Overall, I would say it’s a solid product, just with a minor quirk that occasionally slows down workflow but nothing critical in the bigger picture.
