It’s mostly straightforward, so I just figured it out
When I first started using the software, the onboarding process was quite typical but didn’t overwhelm me with too much info. Training videos covered a lot, yet I found that many details you learn best by just using the system yourself. The database setup and dialer features took some trial and error to really get comfortable with, but once I was past that initial phase, things felt straightforward. I didn't require formal help beyond the training modules, as the interface seemed intuitive enough. Not much was complicated enough to need support calls. If I were to explain this to a friend, I’d say it’s one of those systems you learn by doing but with enough training resources there to hold your hand if you want. Overall, the effort required to get started was moderate, and that suited me just fine.
