It’s mostly straightforward, just one little thing I’d tweak
When I signed up and started the whole onboarding process, I felt like the steps were mostly in the right order. The software installation came first, which made sense because nothing else works without it. Then the training modules and familiarizing myself with the dialer felt pretty paced to keep me engaged without overwhelming me. I liked how the database setup came next so that by the time I was ready to start making calls, everything was organized. One small snag was actually during invoicing — I wish the payment options and invoice details were explained before the software setup rather than after, because I was a little confused about that part initially. The telephonic support was quick to clear that up once I called in, so no big deal, but it could be smoother. Overall, it felt like the flow made sense, and I didn’t feel like I was jumping around out of order, which definitely helps when you’re trying to get up to speed fast.
