It’s mostly good but I had to figure a lot on my own
Hey, I thought the whole software looked promising but honestly, I ended up doing a lot of the figuring out myself. The sales and pre-purchase info didn’t quite prepare me for some of the stuff you had to actually work through during setup. Like, I wasn’t sure at first how the calling tools would integrate into my daily work and had to test it out slowly, which was a bit tedious. On the bright side, once I got the hang of the database features, it became pretty useful. The automatic updates are neat because they keep the software current without me having to worry, though I wish there was a more detailed guide upfront. Signing up and handling the payments and invoices were fairly easy, but I had to spend some time double-checking things to be sure. Despite spending a bit of time learning on my own, the overall experience is positive. I’d say it’s good for someone willing to experiment a bit, but it’s not as plug-and-play as I had hoped.
