It’s kind of okay, but not quite what I thought
Hey, so I tried the WorkFromHomeIndia software and training package, and honestly, it's a bit of a mixed bag. I was expecting everything to be pretty smooth considering all the stuff they advertise, but it wasn’t exactly like that. Some of the calling tools and dialer features were pretty neat and easy to get going with, which I appreciated. The database feature also worked quite well in keeping track of contacts and managing data. But on the other hand, the onboarding and support communications stretched out longer than I thought they would, and I found myself waiting on a few calls to get basic stuff sorted. The invoicing and payment steps were clear, so that part went smoothly. Overall, I would sum it up like I was expecting a little more polish, maybe quicker setup, but the tools themselves did deliver decently in real use. I’m just a little unsure if this is quite the thing I was hoping for or if I want to try other similar options first. But yeah, feel free to ask if you wanna know more.
