It’s decent software, wouldn’t mind asking for help again if needed
I found the software quite manageable and the access was generally smooth after the initial onboarding. While I understood most parts from the training provided, I could see myself reaching out for help next time especially if there are new updates or changes in the interface. The database feature fits my workflow well, though sometimes it takes a bit of time to locate certain functions or understand the labels used. Automatic updates generally improve things without much fuss, and the invoicing and payment process was clearly presented with no surprises. Telephonic support was there when I needed it, responsive enough but not overly proactive. Overall, I’d say this is decent software and training for anyone comfortable with some trial and error. I wouldn’t say I’m totally confident I won’t ask for assistance again, but that doesn’t bother me much since the support felt reliable. If I were telling a friend about it, I’d probably say this: It’s not perfectly intuitive but not overly complex either, and help is available if you want to go through it seriously.
