It’s clear enough, but could be simpler

The training sessions explain what you need to do, no doubt about that. The instructions cover all the main features, including the calling tools and how the database works. Sometimes though, the explanations get a bit too detailed or use technical phrases that might confuse someone new to remote software. I told a friend about it and said it’s good overall, but if you want a quick start, some parts might feel overwhelming. They do answer questions well, but it’s not like a casual chat; the tone stays quite formal. If you want something really straightforward, maybe this could use a bit more simplification. Otherwise, it does the job of getting you onboard and ready.
