It's basically what you'd tell your friend about the onboarding
I found the training and onboarding experience pretty straightforward in terms of finding what I needed. The navigation through the software was mostly intuitive, though initially I had to spend a little extra time locating specific features like the database integration and setting up the dialer. Once I got past those first steps, it became easy to follow, and the materials provided were clear, with detailed explanations and examples that helped me understand the workflow better. My only critique is that sometimes the interface wasn't as responsive as I'd hoped, which made accessing some functions slightly slower. Despite this minor issue, the overall training did do the job well enough to get me comfortable working remotely using their software. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend who’s looking for a decent starter course on setting up remote work workflows, especially if they prefer practical, clear methods over overly complicated jargon or too much fluff.
