It's a mix – setup vibes aren't all straightforward

I spent a week figuring out the setup for this WFHI software, and I gotta say, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. The initial onboarding wasn’t as smooth as I hoped — the database setup took some repeated tries, and I found myself revisiting steps that seemed like they should be one-off but ended up recurring. It’s like, some parts are clearly one-time things, but then others keep popping up weekly, which caught me off guard. I liked the automatic updates because they kept the software fresh without much input from me, but sometimes those same updates changed layouts without warning, which made me dig around to find tools I frequently use. Also, calling tools were decent, though I had to recalibrate the dialer more times than I expected. What’s funny is after all that, I realized consistency is key, but this balance between one-off setups and ongoing tweaks never fully settled, so I’m just rolling with it for now and hoping things stabilize. So overall, it’s mixed; you get some helpful automation but also repeat work that kinda drags on.
