It really clicked after I tried the dialer for a week
So I’ve used a couple of remote workflow tools before, and I was curious how this WFHI software would compare. At first, it felt a bit overwhelming — setting up my database, getting familiar with the dialer, and figuring out the sign-up and payment stuff all at once was a lot. But then, after using the calling tools extensively for about a week, it totally clicked. There was this moment when a call connected smoothly without any hiccups and the auto-updates worked so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice them. That’s when I realized this software has some neat features I hadn’t seen before. I liked how the onboarding flow required me to engage fully, which made things clearer over time. The invoicing and payment process, though, was a little less smooth than some services I’ve used — felt a bit clunky and could use simplification. Still, that one moment of effortless calls convinced me to keep using it regularly. Support was there if I needed it, but honestly, after that first week, I found I didn’t need to call much. So yeah, comparing to my past experience, it was a bit of a slow start but definitely worth sticking around for.
