It pretty much boiled down to setup once and then just using it
When I first signed up, I was focused on what parts of the onboarding would take a lot of time up front and which parts would be ongoing. It turned out most of it was one-off, like setting up the database and familiarizing myself with the calling tools and dialer. Once that was done, the ongoing tasks were manageable and I felt I could handle the daily workflows steadily. The billing and invoicing process during sign-up was straightforward too, which was helpful. The automatic updates didn't disrupt anything; they just improved performance subtly without needing my intervention. The only reservation I have is that at times, the telephonic support was a bit slower to respond when I needed guidance on a specific feature, which made a few onboarding steps longer. But overall, the balance between initial setup and ongoing use seemed alright, and I could see myself continuing with the software as is.
