It never really clicked how this software fit my working hours
I was hoping that the software would adapt well to my remote work schedule, which isn’t the usual 9-to-5, but honestly, it didn’t feel like a natural fit. The dialer and calling tools sometimes activated during periods that I wasn’t available, which disrupted my flow rather than helping it. The database feature seemed useful in theory, but I struggled to keep up with the automatic updates—they sometimes changed things I had just set up, which was frustrating. I also felt uncertain about how the onboarding training addressed managing hours properly; some explanations felt rushed or not tailored to my irregular shifts. When I sought telephonic support to clarify these issues, the responses were polite but didn’t fully resolve the problems I faced. The sign-up and invoicing parts were straightforward enough, but that didn’t make up for the overall mismatch between the software’s design and the hours I actually work. There wasn’t a moment when it all came together for me; the system just felt out of sync with my routine.
