It never really clicked for me, despite a few good parts
I started with WFHI training hoping it would give me confidence to handle remote workflows efficiently. While the sessions were informative in parts, I never fully felt at ease using the software by the end of the onboarding process. The instructions sometimes felt vague or too technical, which meant I had to retrace steps or ask for extra help. The automatic updates seemed fine, but that didn’t significantly improve my comfort levels with the software itself. I will say that the telephonic support was responsive when I reached out, and I appreciated that. Payment and invoicing were straightforward and handled without issues, which was a small relief in the process. Still, the moment it was supposed to 'click' and make me confident to work independently on the platform just didn’t come. I found myself hesitant to rely fully on the calling tools and database features, mainly due to the way the training was worded and how the onboarding was paced. So, while I acknowledge some positives here, overall, it left me unsure whether I could keep up long-term without additional, clearer guidance.
