It never quite clicked for me during training

From the very beginning, my experience with the training and onboarding process was disappointing. I had expected a clear, step-by-step setup that would help me understand how to use the calling tools and software effectively. Instead, the initial setup felt confusing, and I struggled to figure out which parts were one-off configurations and which were ongoing tasks I needed to maintain. For example, during the training, there was a mix of some one-time setup elements like entering database entries and recurring tasks such as managing calls, but this was never made explicit, which left me guessing. When the automatic updates rolled out, I found myself uncertain whether the changes affected my daily work or only required a one-time adjustment. The ordering of the onboarding steps didn’t help either — I felt I was missing critical information before moving on to more advanced topics. Support was available over the phone, but my calls often ended with vague answers or the need to call back later, which added to my frustration and uncertainty. Billing and payment processes seemed straightforward, but that didn't make up for my broader experience. By the time I ended the training, it really hadn't clicked how I was supposed to use the product regularly or efficiently. I’m still left unsure if I can keep up with the demands of the workflow without clearer guidance.
