It never quite clicked for me after the start
Reflecting on my time using the WFHI training and onboarding software, I realize I never fully got to grips with it. At first, the induction seemed reasonable, with basic introductions to database and calling tools, but as days wore on, several aspects became frustrating. The day-to-day navigation grew confusing, especially with updates that changed interfaces without much warning. I struggled with the dialer’s responsiveness during calls, which disrupted workflow regularly. The automatic updates, while intended to improve things, sometimes caused unexpected restarts and glitches. Support was available, but reaching out frequently felt like a chore, and the help wasn’t always as clear or timely as I wished. Despite some moments where I managed to use portions of the software effectively, overall, it didn’t feel intuitive enough to become second nature to me. In hindsight, I think better gradual guidance might have helped the transition, but for now, I remain unconvinced about its daily usability.
