It mostly felt like a one-time hurdle, not ongoing hassle
When I first signed up, I was hoping the setup would be easy and the ongoing experience smooth, but it turned out a bit disappointing. The initial onboarding was quite involved, requiring me to go through multiple steps that weren't clearly explained, so it felt like a one-off headache. Once that was done, I thought things would get easier, but the software didn't quite function the way I expected during my daily use. The calling tool worked fine when it did connect, and I’ll give credit to the dialer because it was stable enough to get calls through without much lag. However, the telephonic support wasn’t as helpful as I wanted; they felt slow to respond and not very proactive in resolving issues after the setup. I realize some of this might be on me not fully grasping the process, but the ongoing support could be better to make the software more viable day to day. Also, the automatic updates didn't seem to improve functionality much—they just changed things without adding obvious benefits. It all felt like a lot of effort for moderate payoff, which I’d probably warn a friend about if they asked me whether it’s worth it or not.
