It kind of matched my working hours, but could be better
When I started using the software, I found that some parts of the setup fit reasonably well with the hours I usually work, but other aspects were less ideal. For example, the calling tools and dialer worked reliably during the hours I was active, though sometimes updating the database felt like it took longer than expected after my usual working time. The automatic updates mostly happened smoothly, but occasionally they triggered right when I was trying to focus on something important, which was slightly disruptive. The invoicing and payment process was as straightforward as promised, which made life easier on that front. I called support a few times and they were polite and helpful, but I can't say the assistance was particularly speedy every single time. Overall, I would sum up my experience by saying the software fitted my working hours somewhat, though there is room to sharpen synchronization with real-world workflow times. Nothing was dramatically bad, but also not completely seamless.
