It just seemed pretty straightforward to me
The training and onboarding with WFHI's software felt quite straightforward, honestly. I went through the initial steps without much trouble, and the flow made sense for the most part. They begin by orienting you with the dashboard, then move on to how to use the dialer and manage the database, which fits well given the nature of the work. I didn't feel overwhelmed at any point, probably because the pacing was steady and clear. Of course, there were moments I had to pause and review some parts again, but that’s expected when learning a new system. Payment and invoicing were handled cleanly too, no surprises there. I guess if I were telling a friend about it, I would just say it’s reasonably intuitive and well laid out, nothing fancy but it does the job. Some aspects might benefit from deeper explanation, especially around the automatic updates feature, but overall it felt like a sensible sequence to follow. So yeah, I can say it was a hassle-free setup for me, which matters more than any flashy extras.
