It just never really clicked for me
I tried reaching out to support multiple times when I faced issues with the dialer tool and it just didn’t work as I expected. Each time I called I was kept on hold for quite a while, and when finally someone came on the line, they could not offer a clear solution to my problem. It was frustrating because I was hoping the automatic updates would have fixed the problems but they didn’t. The communication felt slow, and I didn't get the feeling that my technical issues were truly understood or prioritized. This left me feeling stuck and disappointed, as I expected more prompt and effective assistance over the phone.
