It felt like I had to repeat logins or re-enter information frequently, which drained my patience. Even the dialer sometimes froze or gave errors that required restarting the app. That said, the automatic updates seemed to work quietly in the background, so at least that part didn’t add more wait time or issues. Support was another story — I called a few times but often had to explain the same problems over again without quick resolution. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward, so I’ll grant those worked fine, but overall, using the software felt like a slow, repetitive slog that just didn’t click.
