It just never clicked with me, especially the labels on the dashboard

From the moment I started using the software, I felt pretty lost because the wording and labels used across the platform didn't make much sense to me. I remember clearly trying to figure out what 'workflow statuses' meant in the context of the database, only to realize later that what I thought was a simple task list was actually something else entirely. This mismatch between my expectation and the actual meaning of the labels really frustrated me, especially since the documents and FAQ only clarified things partially. Support did attempt to assist, but since the core interface terminology was confusing, every explanation felt like explaining one confusing phrase with another. It felt like a loop where I understood less each time I tried to get help, and that moment when I realized I wasn't actually grasping the key terms was disappointing because I had hoped the software would streamline my remote workflow, but instead it felt like a constant puzzle. Because of this, I ended up not using the calling tools or dialer properly, which was a major letdown for me over the weeks I tried.
