It just doesn’t work well after the first day
Honestly, the training and onboarding seemed fine on day one, but after that things went downhill. The software started behaving unpredictably on a daily basis. The calling tools often lagged or froze during important calls, which was incredibly frustrating. The database integration felt clunky and sometimes lost data updates, which shouldn’t happen with paid software. Automatic updates didn’t fix these issues; if anything, they sometimes made things worse by resetting preferences. The payment and invoicing system was the only part that consistently worked without trouble, but that hardly makes up for the daily problems I faced. Telephonic support was hard to reach, and when I did get through, the help was limited. To put it simply for a friend: it worked okay only at first, but after the initial setup, the software basically didn’t perform reliably day to day as I needed it to. So, I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
