It just didn't hold up day to day
Honestly, the experience with WFHI software beyond the first use was disappointing. Onboarding was okay, and I found the initial training somewhat useful, but over time, the calling tools started acting up. The dialer often lagged or disconnected unexpectedly, which messed up my workflow. The database feature felt clunky, and syncing data was inconsistent; sometimes updates just wouldn’t install properly despite automatic update claims. Support was reachable by phone, but the assistance was hit or miss—some problems took days to get addressed, if at all. I’m okay with the invoicing system; it does its job without fuss. Thing is, during actual daily operations, the software’s instability became a real issue, negating any early promise. At best, I can say the software has some useful features, but the unreliability in daily use was too significant to overlook and made me reconsider continuing with it.
