It just didn’t click the way my previous tools did
Comparing WFHI’s pre-purchase sales experience with what I’d used before, I found it less satisfying. Previously, when buying similar remote workflow software, the sales process felt more consultative and tailored to my needs. Here, the basic overview was there, but it didn’t quite click with me until late in the process that the training and onboarding wouldn’t be as interactive or hands-on as I had hoped. The sales discussions seemed more scripted and didn’t address some specific concerns I had upfront, making it a bit hard to assess if it really fit my workflow. On the positive side, the informational material they provided was thorough and gave a decent look at the features. But ultimately, the moment it clicked with me was more about realizing the limits of what the software could do compared to what I expected based on past usage. I acknowledge the platform does have some solid features, but the sales engagement left me a bit unsure and not fully convinced, which made it harder to confidently decide. For people used to more personalized sales chats, this might feel a bit disconnected.
