It just barely clicked when steps followed logical order
Honestly, I was a bit tired explaining the order of steps before it finally clicked. The sales and pre-purchase process was somewhat tangled initially, with information scattered rather than laid out clearly. However, once the sequence of sign-up, invoicing, and training was actually followed as intended, it made a lot more sense to me. The flow then felt intuitive rather than confusing, and I could understand what to expect next at each stage. The early confusion made me question if I’d made the right choice, but after adjusting to how things were presented, I felt reassured about the whole experience. Still, I think a more streamlined approach would prevent that initial frustration and save newcomers from repeating their concerns multiple times. The moment when the process finally aligned correctly was relief enough but not something I’d forget easily.
