it had some confusing labels, i’ll tell you why

When I first explored the sales side of the software, I found some of the wording and labels to be a bit unclear. On one hand, the platform had detailed sections which seemed useful, like the database and calling tools, but sometimes the terms used for these features weren’t intuitive. On the other hand, that ambiguity did improve once I reached the training modules where things were explained better. Still, it took a couple of tries in the onboarding flow to really understand what each option accomplished. Invoicing and payment labeling was straightforward and I had no issue there, so credit where it’s due for the smoother parts. Telephonic support helped clear up many questions about labels, which was the bright spot in the initial confusion. Ultimately, I’d say the terminology slowed me down enough to be annoying at first but didn’t block me completely. If someone were to ask me about it today, I’d say the words could be better chosen but the tutoring and support makes it workable. So if you want to give it a try, be ready to clarify things a bit but it’s manageable with patience and a bit of perseverance.
