it fits okay with my work hours, but not perfect
Using the software has been a bit of a mixed bag for me, honestly. On the plus side, it's quite flexible with the hours I prefer to work, and I could schedule my workflow around it without feeling too constrained. The database feature especially helped me keep a tidy log of all my tasks which made it easier to pick up exactly where I left off on different days. However, I did notice that some parts of the software’s access times felt a little restrictive, especially during late evenings when I like to catch up on tasks. It wasn’t a huge deal but did mean I had to adjust some of my working patterns, which wasn't ideal. On top of that, signing up and getting into the system was fairly smooth, but I wished the onboarding process had a module geared specifically towards those of us with fluctuating schedules — it could have helped manage expectations better. The calling tools worked fine most of the time, but dialing features occasionally lagged which was a bit frustrating when trying to be efficient. On the whole, it fits with my work hours well enough, with some minor flaws. I like the automatic updates though, that kept everything fairly current without me needing to do much. So, it’s decent but not quite perfect for my needs.
