It finally just clicked after a few hours
When I first signed up, I wasn’t sure how much help I’d get from the training materials versus figuring things out myself. I expected a detailed walk-through, but it turned out I had to experiment with the calling tools and database features on my own quite a bit. That was honestly fine because once I found the right balance between following the tutorials and hands-on use, everything started to make sense. The onboarding flow was straightforward enough, guiding me through key steps, but it left some room for self-exploration. The moment it clicked was definitely when I had successfully navigated an entire calling session using the dialer without needing to pause for help. From then on, using the software felt much more natural. The support calls I tried didn’t feel intrusive, so I mostly relied on the training videos and FAQs. It’s not overly complicated software, but it does require a bit of practice, which feels fair. I’d say the blend of guidance and self-discovery worked well for me, and I’m now comfortable with the daily workflow. Payment and sign-up processes were smooth and didn’t cause any distractions. It’s a good balance overall, and I’m happy with how quickly I got up to speed.
