It finally clicked when support showed patience and guidance
At first I was confused about how much of the setup was one-time and what would be ongoing support — that really affected my early impressions. The paid training made a difference because it gave me a clearer picture of how the dialer and database features integrate daily. My break-through moment came during a support call when the representative took time to walk me through recurring updates and clarified what kinds of help I could expect after onboarding. That’s when it all made sense; before that I kept wondering if I’d be left alone after the initial phase. The invoicing and payment system ran fairly smooth too, though occasionally I had to double-check charges and invoices which slowed things a bit. Overall, the telephonic support felt reasonably accessible and knowledgeable once I got past the initial uncertainty. I’m quite comfortable with the software now and feel it was worth the investment despite the learning curve. If you want to understand when the service clicks for customers, for me it was precisely that patience during ongoing communication that made me stick with it and feel confident moving forward.
