It finally clicked when labels were straightforward and clear
When I first started using WFHI’s support system, I was a bit thrown off by some of the labels and wording on the dashboard. I wasn’t sure what certain buttons meant or what would happen after clicking them, especially when dealing with the dialer and database features. However, after spending some time going through the training materials and contacting support, it became clear which parts are most important for the workflow. The telephonic support was quite responsive, and they helped clarify a few confusing terms. Once I understood the purpose behind the categories and labels, the process of managing calls and updating the database became much easier and faster. Even the invoicing process, which I initially found a bit puzzling, felt straightforward with clear labelling. Automatic updates flowed smoothly, rarely interrupting the work. Overall, the moment of clarity really helped me trust that the system could handle my remote workflow needs efficiently, though an option for simpler language or a glossary might benefit new users like me.
