It finally clicked when I navigated the support calls on my own
Working with WFHI's support and communication required me to handle a lot of the initial discovery on my own without much immediate guidance. At first, the telephonic support was minimal and did not proactively offer solutions, so I had to explore the software and figure out many things independently. After spending a few days testing the calling tools and dialer alongside the database features, I gradually understood the workflow. The moment it clicked was when I realized that the automatic updates kept the software current without my intervention, which reduced ongoing hassles. Once this was clear, I was better able to communicate with support when questions arose. Overall, the experience was one where I mostly worked out the processes myself, with support stepping in as needed rather than leading the way. For a user willing to invest effort upfront, this approach can work well enough but requires patience and self-direction.
