It finally clicked once I got past the repetitive setup
At first, I expected the onboarding and training to be a quick experience, maybe a couple of sessions and then I'd be off. But it turned out that the training included a lot of repetition, especially when going over the database and calling tools. The first few hours felt drawn out with pauses waiting for others during group calls and watching the same introductory videos again. However, once I got past that stage, things really clicked. The hands-on exercises and live dialer practice made the whole system much clearer, and I understood how the workflow could actually fit into my daily routine. I appreciated the comparative structure because I had previously used another remote workflow platform where the training was rushed and you were expected to catch on quickly. Here, the onboarding waited for me and gave me time to digest everything. The only small reservation I have is that some of the waiting did feel a bit inefficient – it would've been better with more self-paced modules. But overall, I’d describe the training as supportive and thorough, which is rare.
