It finally clicked, but only after some back and forth
Using the WFHI software for the first time, I found that the steps didn’t always follow a logical order which initially caused some confusion. The sign-up was straightforward enough, and setting up the database made sense once I understood the purpose, but I had to jump back between different parts of the system before it all connected. The call dialer felt intuitive once I made it past the initial hurdles, which was the moment where things clicked for me. After that point, managing workflows became much easier and somewhat satisfying too. However, the automatic updates sometimes altered layouts without clear notice, which threw off the order of things and made me pause. On the plus side, telephonic support was available and helped answer my questions in a warm manner, though it wasn’t always immediate. I appreciated the effort put into the onboarding flow, but the user experience could be smoother by arranging tasks in a more straightforward sequence. Once I adapted, the system worked reasonably well, but that initial moment of clarity did take some time to arrive.
