It finally clicked after the initial setup was clear
I felt confident using the platform only after I fully understood which parts of the setup were one-time tasks and which required ongoing effort. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed by the detailed training sessions and all the navigation in the database feature, wondering how much time this would take regularly. The onboarding was detailed but balanced well, since most of the heavy lifting like configuration and dialer setup were one-off stages. After those initial steps, training made it clear I’d mainly need to focus on using the calling tools effectively and updating contacts in the database as needed. This helped me realize the platform wouldn’t constantly demand redoing setup work, which was reassuring. Some automatic updates changed features subtly, but these were announced and didn’t disrupt my workflow. While one part could have been clearer—particularly around invoicing timing—the overall onboarding and training led to a gradual understanding that kept me engaged. The moment it clicked was when I recognized that after the initial setup phase, the daily use would be much lighter. I expect this approach will suit others who don’t mind investing time upfront for smoother ongoing use.
