It finally clicked after the database setup
When I first started with the software, it all felt a bit overwhelming. Setting up the database and connecting the calling tools took longer than I anticipated, and that slowed down my progress. But the moment everything synced — especially the dialer with the contact lists — it felt much smoother. From there, the training made more sense and the onboarding flow started to feel intuitive. The support team helped clarify some of my initial uncertainties, though honestly, I wish the first responses had been a bit quicker. Even so, after a couple of days, I was up and running in a way that suited my remote workflow well. The automatic updates did cause a couple of minor glitches during the early days, but these were quickly addressed without much hassle. Payments and invoicing were clear and straightforward, with nothing complicated to sort out. Overall, the experience was pretty good, just had to push through that initial adjustment period before it all started to fall into place.
