It finally clicked after some looping around

So, using the software was a bit of a mixed bag for me. At first, a lot of the setup felt like a one-off task — like signing up, understanding how to use the dialer, and getting accustomed to the database tools. That part went fairly smooth once I got the hang of it after some trial and error. But what threw me off was the ongoing maintenance side; the daily updates and new features required more attention than I expected. Sometimes I was confused about whether these updates required me to change my workflow or if they just ran in the background. It felt a bit like chasing my own tail at times, trying to decide if I had to relearn parts of the software frequently. On the brighter side, calling tools stayed pretty reliable day-to-day, and the support team was helpful when I reached out. Eventually, the whole system clicked and began to feel more natural to use, but getting there was slower than I hoped. So, balancing between one-off setup and ongoing adaptation was where I found most of my challenges.
