It finally clicked after a bit of time
The onboarding and training process wasn’t instant for me; it took a few days to really get used to the workflow and tools. At first, I thought maybe the setup was too complicated, but once I went through the sessions and tried using the calling tools alongside the database feature, things started to make sense. The training covered all necessary points, but it felt like some steps could have been quicker. Once I hit that moment where I successfully managed a task end to end without needing help, it really boosted my confidence in the system. It’s practical software, and it did the job I wanted it to, but it required that little push through the initial learning curve. I’d say expect some patience and willingness to explore, but it’s worth it once you get there. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward, so no issues there. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a solid remote workflow setup but know it might take a little time to feel fully comfortable.
