It felt pretty logical all through, mostly
So, when I started the training and onboarding, I felt like the steps were mostly in a sensible order, which really helped me get the hang of things without feeling lost. They began with basic introductions to the software interface, which was nice because it gave me some context before jumping into using the calling tools and the dialer. Next came how to manage the database feature, and I liked that this was right after because it’s central to my workflow. The only teeny thing I would say is that a couple of update notes popped up while I was learning a new tool, and that threw me off a little. But I just paused and picked it up again. Other than that, each part seemed well designed to lead me through what I needed, and support was there when I asked. Overall, I would tell a friend it’s logical training with just a bit of timing that could be smoother so you don’t get interrupted during onboarding.
