It felt more like a maze than a marketplace
When I first signed up, I was hopeful about finding the right tools quickly, but honestly, it felt like a maze. The software had a lot going on, and they promised a smooth onboarding, but the navigation was confusing. I kept hunting for the features I supposedly needed for my remote workflow setup, like the dialer and database functions, but they weren't as straightforward as I expected. The invoicing setup was the only part that worked without much hassle; it was clear and direct, which I appreciated. However, signing up and finding how to start the training was a bit frustrating because the steps weren’t well laid out. I was jumping between screens trying to connect the tools, and the menus weren’t intuitive. This made me skeptical about how easy the ongoing use would be, especially with updates that they say happen automatically, but I didn’t notice any major improvements yet. Telephonic support wasn’t as helpful as I hoped either; the explanations felt rushed and sometimes too technical without breaking down the process. Overall, it didn’t feel designed for someone who wants to get up and running with minimal fuss. My week using it was more about figuring out the portal than improving my workflows, which was not what I signed up for.
