It felt like climbing a mountain every time
The onboarding process with WFHI's training was way more exhausting than I expected. From the moment I logged in and tried to follow the initial steps, I kept encountering moments where I had to repeat entire sections just to grasp the basics. One moment that really stuck with me was when I had to wait for an hour just to get clarification on a simple part of the dialer setup. The waiting itself was frustrating, and by the time I got through, I had to relearn something because the explanation wasn't very clear. After that, the repetition of tutorials with almost the same content made me feel like my effort was going in circles. The training material itself felt disjointed, and every time I thought I was getting ahead, I was met with another loop of the same instructions. It felt like there was no smooth flow and I ended up wasting a lot of time, which made me question whether this system would ever work for me. Honestly, the whole experience drained my motivation to continue trying to make it work effectively.
