It ended up working out, but with mixed feelings
Hey, so I gave the WFHI software a try, expecting an easy and super seamless experience based on what I read before. At first, some parts of the access and dashboard weren’t exactly what I imagined — like the database felt a bit limited compared to what I thought was included. On the flip side, the dialer and calling tools actually worked better than I hoped. I wasn’t sure if the automatic updates would cause interruptions, but those went smoothly. So all in all, did it meet my expectations? Sort of. It matched some things but missed on others, making it a bit of a mixed bag. I’m not super thrilled but not disappointed either, so I guess I’ll keep using it and see how it goes from here.
