It didn’t work out, clarity was missing from the very start

Honestly, I was pretty confused throughout the whole pre-purchase phase with WFHI. The explanations weren’t straightforward at all and it felt like I constantly had to piece things together myself. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something important, but then realized no one really laid it out clearly for me. The sales pitch was vague about what the software actually includes, and the training seemed like an afterthought without proper details. I went back and forth trying to get a straight answer on how sign-up and invoicing happen but it kept circling around the same unclear points. It’s frustrating when you want to make a decision based on facts but you don’t get them. I expected at least some step-by-step guidance but that wasn’t there. Also, they didn’t really talk much about ongoing support or how the calling tools would behave in the long run. So yeah, the pre-purchase info was just not helpful for me at all, and that’s why I didn’t continue with the software. It wasn’t explained well enough to feel confident about buying.
