it didn’t take much effort day to day
Across the week I spent using the calling tools and database features after the initial setup, I found the software behaved pretty steadily. There weren't many surprises or glitches that made me want to call support again immediately. The automatic updates rolled out discreetly, which I appreciated because they didn’t interrupt my workflow or require me to re-learn anything drastically. Sometimes new features popped up but they were simple enough to adapt to without needing extra guidance. I did have to reach out once for some clarification on invoicing, but honestly that was more about my own misunderstanding than a fault of the software. Day to day, the experience felt pretty low effort once I was past the onboarding hurdles. Overall, it’s not like I’d rave about how it changed my life, but it definitely did what it needed without adding stress or complications. I’m content with how it ran in normal use, and that’s what counts for me in software like this.
